Any kid will be pleased to have this bright and unusual microscope! Levenhuk LabZZ M101 Lime Microscope allows for studying insects and plants, finding living microorganisms in a water drop and many other exciting things! Thanks to the richest set of additional accessories, a child can start observations right after unpacking the instrument. The microscope features an original translucent body of bright lime color Ð it would make an ideal gift!
Levenhuk LabZZ M101 Lime Ð childrenÕs microscope with quality optics that can be compared to many ÔadultÕ microscopes. Three objectives are installed into the revolving nosepiece that allows for quick objective switch. The sliding eyepiece has two magnifications: 10x and 16x. ItÕs very easy to use such an eyepiece. The microscope provides six levels of magnification: 40x, 64x, 100x, 160x, 400x and 640x.
Studying microscope samples
This model is designed for observing transparent objects in transmitted light. The specimen, for example a mosquitoÕs wing or indoor plant thin slice, is placed on the round-shaped stage and then fixed with two clamps. These clamps wonÕt let the sample move out of view. Lower light passes through the sample and forms an image. You can also adjust the brightness level for getting the best results with different samples.
Microscope body and power supply
The body is made of high-quality durable plastic; thatÕs the reason why the microscope has a light weight and high reliability. The head is inclined at an angle of 45 degrees Ð the young biologist wonÕt get tired even during lengthy experiments. This childrenÕs microscope runs on batteries Ð thatÕs not only safer, but also very convenient.
To make the kidÕs first experiments more exciting and memorable, the kit includes prepared microscope slides, special tools for microscopic work, and a detailed user guide.
